So I’ve been doing manual labor all day for the last two days. Yesterday I fell asleep in a deck chair outside at 8pm and didn’t wake up until 1am. Having slept on average 5 hrs a night the last week finally caught up with me. I need to get my sleeping patterns back to normal. I also need to start having a proper vacation. Tomorrow will be a quiet day, Hopefully kid #3 will spend the day with his grandparents, that’ll free up some time for working out properly.
